Responsible for all the aspects of the projects daily life including: project planning, project execution, project control, manage the project personal (direct & matrix), point of contact for all project issues –internal (company) & external (subcontractors, customer)

Coordinate internal resources and/or third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project specifications and client requirements, involving all relevant departments and ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability
Compose and submit project reports, proposals, feasibility studies and pricing quotes
Assess project risks and propose action plans
Tracking progress through a creation and monitoring of a solid project plan
Ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties
Ensure that all departments involved in the project operate as a united team
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Effectively apply the company’s methodology and enforce project standards
Responsible for preparation of detailed project budget (Defining and controlling)
Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
Writing RFP for subcontractors and compare between different offers
Be a leader for all project aspects (managing budgets, employees, sub-contractors, time-schedule, relationship management with stakeholders)
Keep close control of the logistics in coordination with all other involved departments

Degree in Mechanical/Electircal Engineering (MBA will be considered a plus)
5 - 8 years’ experience (at least 3 of which in Project Management position)
Fluency in English language, solid knowledge of any other will be considered a plus
Experience in project workflow and implementation
Solid knowledge of MS Project and experience in producing and tracking project progress through GANTT charts
Ability to operate comfortably in both business and technical arenas
A team leader able to inspire and manage a team
Strong communication, time management and risk management skills
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Renewable Energy projects
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Ability to work and to deal with different cultures
Up to 45 years of age
